Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information.
• Completion of national registration, certification or licensure.
• Any previous comparable experience.
• Any equivalent experience of a pharmacy technician.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting pharmacists and handling health/wellness services.
• Support pharmacist in responsibilities except where professional judgement is required.
• Provide patient interaction and accurate reception, data entry, adjudication, and dispensing steps.
• Support coaching and training of clerks and technicians.
• Compound medications according to state regulations.
• Perform post fill audits to verify prescription information against records.
• Support non-dispensing services via various platforms and applications.
• Complete CLIA-waived screenings consistent with laws and company policies.
• Provide additional health and wellness services allowed by regulatory bodies.
• Comply with sanitation and safety regulations and report unsafe conditions.
• Report illegal activity including robbery, theft or fraud.
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
