Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Graduate with Valid PTCB Certification.
• No experience required; 1 year of recent retail pharmacy experience and high-volume customer service/call experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dispense and deliver medications; develop competence with dispensing systems and automation.
• Enter medication orders in computer systems and process requests.
• Handle phone calls from customers, nurses, physicians, and patients with accurate issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, accreditation standards and pharmacy procedures.
