The role supports non-sterile compounding per USP standards, with responsibilities including maintaining batch records, calibrating equipment, and ensuring a clean, compliant work environment. Ohio license, hospital/compounding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Compound non-sterile medications according to prescription orders and site SOPs.

• Maintain batch records, ingredient logs, and cleaning logs.
• Follow USP 795, USP 800, and applicable state and federal requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and compliant work environment.
• Complete training, competency assessments, and annual revalidation.

Shift Options:

• Front Half: Sunday-Wednesday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Back Half: Wednesday-Saturday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Donut: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active registration as a Certified Pharmacy Technician in Ohio
• At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience
• Hospital or compounding experience preferred
• Familiarity with USP <795>, USP <800>, and non-sterile compounding
