Job summary

Quality Talent Group in Ohio is seeking a Compounding Pharmacist to oversee and grow compounding capabilities. You will serve as a subject matter expert on compounded treatments with a focus on quality, patient safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires active Ohio Pharmacy Technician certification and at least 1 year of experience, with hospital or compounding experience preferred. This is a full-time opportunity with comprehensive benefits and growth potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Ohio Pharmacy Technician certification registration.
• Minimum 1 year of pharmacy technician experience.
• Hospitals or compounding experience preferred.
• Familiarity with USP <795>, USP <800>, and non-sterile compounding.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain compliance.
• Organized, dependable, and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Compound non-sterile medications according to prescription orders and site SOPs.
• Clean, calibrate, and maintain compounding equipment and workspaces.
• Stage raw materials and manage non-sterile compounding inventory.
• Maintain batch records, ingredient logs, and cleaning logs.
• Follow USP <795>, USP <800>, and applicable state and federal requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and compliant work environment.
• Complete training, competency assessments, and annual revalidation.

Shift Options:

• Front Half: Sunday-Wednesday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Back Half: Wednesday-Saturday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Donut: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
