Job summary

Quality Talent Group seeks a Compounding Pharmacist in Pataskala, Ohio to oversee and grow non-sterile compounding capabilities while serving as a subject matter expert on compounded treatments. The role emphasizes patient safety, quality, and adherence to federal and state regulations.

You will maintain equipment, manage inventory, and ensure documentation and batch records are current. A strong attention to detail and collaboration with clinical teams are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active registration as an Ohio Certified Pharmacy Technician.
• At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience.
• Hospital or compounding experience preferred.
• Familiarity with USP <795>, USP <800>, and non-sterile compounding.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain compliance.
• Organized, dependable, and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Compound non-sterile medications according to prescription orders and site SOPs
• Clean, calibrate, and maintain compounding equipment and workspaces
• Stage raw materials and manage non-sterile compounding inventory
• Maintain batch records, ingredient logs, and cleaning logs
• Follow USP <795>, USP <800>, and applicable state and federal requirements
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and compliant work environment
• Complete training, competency assessments, and annual revalidation

• Front Half: Sunday-Wednesday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Back Half: Wednesday-Saturday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Donut: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
