Quality Talent Group in Ohio is seeking a Compounding Pharmacist to oversee non-sterile compounding operations, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across the site. You will be a subject matter expert on compounded treatments and uphold standards for patient safety.

This full-time position emphasizes strict adherence to USP guidelines, accurate documentation, and continuous process improvement within a collaborative healthcare team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active Ohio Pharmacy Technician registration required.
• Minimum 1 year pharmacy technician experience.
• Hospital or compounding experience preferred.
• Familiarity with USP <795>, USP <800>, and non-sterile compounding.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; follow procedures and maintain compliance.
• Organized, dependable, and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Compound non-sterile medications according to prescription orders and site SOPs.
• Clean, calibrate, and maintain compounding equipment and workspaces.
• Stage raw materials and manage non-sterile compounding inventory.
• Maintain batch records, ingredient logs, and cleaning logs.
• Follow USP <795>, USP <800>, and applicable state and federal requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and compliant work environment.
• Complete training, competency assessments, and annual revalidation.

Shift Options:

• Front Half: Sunday-Wednesday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Back Half: Wednesday-Saturday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Donut: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
