Job summary

Quality Talent Group seeks a Compounding Pharmacist in Ohio to oversee and grow non-sterile compounding capabilities, ensuring quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance. This role emphasizes accuracy and adherence to USP guidelines.

You will manage compounding processes, maintain batch records, and collaborate with staff to support 24/7 customer care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Ohio Pharmacy Technician registration.
• At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience.
• Hospital or compounding experience preferred.
• Familiarity with USP <795>, USP <800>, and non-sterile compounding.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain compliance.
• Organized, dependable, and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Compound non-sterile medications according to prescription orders and site SOPs.
• Clean, calibrate, and maintain compounding equipment and workspaces.
• Stage raw materials and manage non-sterile compounding inventory.
• Maintain batch records, ingredient logs, and cleaning logs.
• Follow USP <795>, USP <800>, and applicable state and federal requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and compliant work environment.
• Complete training, competency assessments, and annual revalidation.

Shift Options:

• Front Half: Sunday-Wednesday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Back Half: Wednesday-Saturday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Donut: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
