Job summary

Quality Talent Group seeks a Compounding Pharmacist to oversee non-sterile compounding and drive quality, patient safety and compliance at our Ohio facility.

The role requires Ohio CPhT registration, at least one year of pharmacy technician experience, and familiarity with USP <795> and <800>. You will maintain records, prepare non-sterile compounds, and uphold strict SOPs in a collaborative, detail-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active registration as a Certified Pharmacy Technician in Ohio.
• At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience.
• Hospital or compounding experience preferred.
• Familiarity with USP <795>, USP <800>, and non-sterile compounding.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain compliance.

Responsibilities

• Compound non-sterile medications according to prescription orders and site SOPs.
• Clean, calibrate, and maintain compounding equipment and workspaces.
• Stage raw materials and manage non-sterile compounding inventory.
• Maintain batch records, ingredient logs, and cleaning logs.
• Follow USP <795>, USP <800>, and applicable state and federal requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and compliant work environment.
• Complete training, competency assessments, and annual revalidation.

• Front Half: Sunday-Wednesday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Back Half: Wednesday-Saturday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Donut: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
