Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Compounding Pharmacist in Groveport, OH to oversee and expand non-sterile compounding capabilities while ensuring compliance with USP <795>, USP <800> and state/federal regulations. The role emphasizes patient safety, quality, and adherence to SOPs.

Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, managing inventory, documenting batch records, and leading training and revalidation efforts to support continuous professional development and career

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active registration as an Ohio Certified Pharmacy Technician.
• At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience.
• Hospital or compounding experience preferred.
• Familiarity with USP <795>, USP <800>, and non-sterile compounding.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain compliance.
• Organized, dependable, and collaborative.

• Compound non-sterile medications according to prescription orders and site SOPs.
• Clean, calibrate, and maintain compounding equipment and workspaces.
• Stage raw materials and manage non-sterile compounding inventory.
• Maintain batch records, ingredient logs, and cleaning logs.
• Follow USP <795>, USP <800>, and applicable state and federal requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and compliant work environment.
• Complete training, competency assessments, and annual revalidation.

• Front Half: Sunday-Wednesday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Back Half: Wednesday-Saturday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Donut: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
