Heartland Community Health Center – Lawrence, KS is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician to assist the pharmacist in delivering timely pharmaceutical services. You will support inventory management, fill prescriptions, and help ensure patients access medications.

Position is non-exempt, hourly pay range $19.50–$25.50, with a $500 sign-on bonus. Medical practice environment with emphasis on patient-centered care and HIPAA compliance.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• KS Pharmacy Technician License required.
• National certification via PTCE completed.
• 5+ years pharmacy experience preferred.
• Continuing education as required.

Responsabilidades

• Interact face to face with public and staff to assist patients in accessing medications.
• Maintain inventory: ordering, receiving, shelving, and managing on-hand quantities.
• Communicate recalls to patients as needed.
• Operate cash register and balance tills including vouchers and cards.
• Answer phones and respond to questions and requests.
• Process and prepare prescriptions for delivery or mailing.
• Assist MTM and support pharmacist duties as needed.
