Job summary

The PromptCare Companies in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our pharmacy team. Under the direction of a Pharmacist, you will assist with day-to-day duties, ensuring accurate medication preparation and timely patient shipments.

Required active state certification with no restrictions, high school diploma, and a commitment to obtain CPhT within 12 months. This full-time position offers standard benefits and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Active state pharmacy technician certificate with no restrictions.
• High school diploma required.
• Willing to obtain CPhT within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates State Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Prepares and tracks outgoing shipments to ensure continuity of care for patients.
• Pull, pick and pack supplies and medications for patient shipments, under the direction of a licensed Pharmacist.
• Coordinates deliveries and follows up with patients or caregivers as assigned.
• Performs data entry of prescription information into EMR and pharmacy tracking systems.
