Job summary

Specialty Rx, Inc. in Omaha, NE is seeking a licensed Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy operations under supervision. You will maintain floor stock, process orders, and assist the staff pharmacist with prescription preparation and customer inquiries.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Pharmacy Technician.
• Must be reliable and capable of handling multiple tasks.
• Good organizational skills and detail-oriented.
• Ability to physically perform light lifting.

Responsibilities

• Able to work under the direction of a supervisor.
• Maintain floor stock, restocking, removal of expired medications.
• Rotate stock to assure quality controls.
• Prepack for floor bulk prescribed medications.
• Package fill and ship medications.
• Enter new orders for staff pharmacist review.
• Maintain up-to-date, accurate customer information.
• Answer phones and respond to order inquiries.
• Clarify orders as needed.
• Triage incoming faxes.
• Adhere to pharmacy standards and policies.
• Collaborate with team to support pharmacy goals.
• Complete any other task assigned by the supervisor.
