The Medical University of South Carolina seeks a Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our hospital pharmacy team. Under supervision of licensed pharmacists, you will assist with prescription preparation, dispensing, data entry, labeling, and stocking.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, SC Pharmacy Technician registration (or within 6 months), and at least 1 year of experience or enrollment in a approved program. This role offers hourly pay and a 40-hour work week.

Qualificações

Under the guidance of the Director of Pharmacy and licensed pharmacists, our Certified Pharmacy Technicians play a vital role in ensuring safe, accurate, and timely medication services for patients.

Additional Job Description

• Education: High school diploma or GED required
• Experience: 1 year of pharmacy technician experience or enrollment in an accredited Pharmacy Technician program preferred
• Licensure: Must be registered as a Pharmacy Technician in South Carolina, or obtain registration within 6 months of hire
