Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting the pharmacist under supervision in pharmacy practice, following state and federal regulations, and performing pharmacy duties according to company policies.
2. Using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and coaching pharmacy technicians and cashiers if PTCB certified.
3. Delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience by engaging with customers, resolving issues, and developing strong relationships with valuable customers.

Additional duties involve:

1. Assisting in pharmacy operations such as entering patient data, filling prescriptions, verifying medications, and supporting inventory management under pharmacist supervision.
2. Handling customer interactions, including cash register transactions, OTC product assistance, and telephone inquiries.
3. Supporting clinical services, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications include:

• Fluency in English (except Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
