A leading healthcare company is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician to manage daily operations involving Cubex systems. The role includes transaction verification, inventory management, and ensuring the proper functioning of medication cabinets. JOB PURPOSE:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Daily verification of the Cubex transactions billing correctly.
2. Management of the On-Site Stores in Framework.
3. Daily reconciliation of temp patient in the MyQLink website.
4. Verifying that all cubies are loaded into the cabinets daily.
5. Daily validation of the controlled medications removed v/s the authorization code given and a signed script on file.
6. Tracking of all medications called into back up for a Cubex facility.
7. Monitoring of all the Cubex cabinets for offline issues and malfunctions.
8. Working with Cubex support and Pruitt IT to resolve any issue with each cabinet.
9. Quarterly evaluations of the inventory for each cabinet.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
• Knowledge of the MyQLink website
• Knowledgeable of the Cubex cabinet functions
• Knowledgeable with Excel
• Can work independently
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High School Diploma
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
Certified Pharmacy Technician
