Job summary

Insight Global is seeking two pharmacy technicians for a closed-door pharmacy in Chesterfield, MO. Responsibilities include data entry of electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions and supporting provider communications.

You will resolve issues from pharmacists and other departments, while ensuring safe, compliant operations. Additional duties as assigned within the Pharmacy Technician role.

A closed door pharmacy in Chesterfield MO is looking to hire 2 pharmacy technicians to join the company. These individuals will be doing data entry of electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions. This will involve handling provider/physician communication and resolving open issues submitted by various departments.

Responsibilities:

• Data entry of electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions
• Handle provider/physician communications including, but not limited to voicemails, outbound and inbound calls
• Resolve open issues submitted by a variety of departments, including pharmacists, other technicians, and Incident Coordinator team
• Perform all tasks in a safe and compliant manner that is consistent with corporate policies as well as State and Federal laws
• Other duties as assigned in Pharmacy Technician role

Must Haves:

• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex new software
• Competent in basic pharmacy calculations
• $23/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
