Job summary

Cone Health Medical Group is seeking a Pharmacy Technician II Certified Retail Specialty to assist pharmacists in providing safe, efficient, and cost-effective services under moderate supervision.

You will maintain pharmacy workflow, handle orders, assist in inventory, mentor staff, lead process improvements, and deliver quality customer service to every patient.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Pharmacy Technician certification through PTCB or NHA prior to hire; NC Board of Pharmacy registration within 30 days of hire.

• Leads and implements process improvement and departmental quality initiatives.
• Delivers quality customer service to every patient.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education:

• Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

• Required: 2 years

Licensure/Certification/Listing:

• Pharmacy Technician certification through PTCB or NHA prior to hire. Registered with the NC Board of Pharmacy within 30 days of hire.
