Walgreens is hiring a Pharmacy Technician in Minden, LA. Under direct supervision of the pharmacist, you will assist with prescription processing, customer service, and pharmacy operations to support safe, accurate dispensing and a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities include using pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information, assisting with inventory, and helping with clerical duties. PTCB certification is preferred; willingness to work evenings/weekends is required.

Qualificações

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• PTCB certification preferred or in training.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the pharmacist in the practice of pharmacy under supervision.
• Process prescriptions and enter patient and drug information in pharmacy systems.
• Assist with inventory management and clerical duties.
• Handle cash register transactions and cash handling as needed.
• Support Walgreens customer service by greeting customers and resolving questions.
