Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to assist the pharmacist under supervision, processing prescriptions, using pharmacy systems, and delivering strong customer service. PTCB certification is preferred and retail experience is a plus. Must be fluent in English and able to work evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities include assisting with inventory, cash handling, and supporting the Pharmacy Department to ensure accurate dispensing and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under supervision in dispensing and related duties.
• Process prescriptions using pharmacy systems and verify accuracy.
• Support inventory management and stock replenishment in the Pharmacy Dept.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve customer questions.
• Assist cash handling and cash register operations as needed.
