Qualifications

• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
• Operates hardware such as cash registers and processes member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Provides Pharmacy products and services by processing prescription and OTC orders and maintaining documentation.
• Receives and stocks merchandise in the Pharmacy area and maintains the Pharmacy area.
• Complies with company policies and standards, open door policy, and Walmart values.

Responsibilities
