Responsabilités

• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting the Company’s products and services.
• Processes member purchases and assists in payments, returns, refunds and exchanges using appropriate procedures for different membership and payment types.
• Provides Pharmacy products and services to Members in accordance with Company policies by assisting with processing prescription and OTC orders and purchases, stocking and securing Pharmacy supplies and merchandise, entering prescription information or filing prescriptions and completing required documentation.
