Job summary

Sam's Club in Orlando, FL is recruiting for a customer-focused associate to deliver exceptional member service, assist with purchases, and support the Pharmacy area with prescriptions and OTC orders. You will stock merchandise, process payments, and help resolve issues while upholding company policies and a culture of integrity and service.

This role includes working with a team to ensure smooth daily operations, promoting products and services, and contributing to a positive shopping experience

Responsibilities

• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting Walmart's products and services.
• Operates hardware such as cash registers or related equipment, processes member purchases and assists in payments, returns, refunds and exchanges using appropriate procedures.
• Provides Pharmacy products and services to Members by assisting with processing prescription and OTC orders and purchases, stocking and securing supplies, and maintaining paperwork and documentation.
• Receives and stocks merchandise in the Pharmacy area and maintains the Pharmacy area following procedures and using equipment appropriately.
• Completes work assignments by prioritizing tasks, communicating progress, and adapting to feedback and change.
• Acts with integrity and serves customers by delivering results and continuously seeking improvements.
