Responsibilities

• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting products and services.
• Processes member purchases and assists in payments, returns, refunds and exchanges using appropriate procedures for different membership and payment types.
• Provides Pharmacy products and services by assisting with processing prescription and OTC orders, stocking and securing supplies, entering prescription information, and maintaining paperwork.
• Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, and customers, and adapting to change.
