RURAL HEALTH CARE INC dba Aza Health in Florida is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacists with clerical and technical duties. The role reports to the Pharmacy Manager and requires current Pharmacy Technician Certification.

Responsibilities include labeling and entering prescriptions, handling cashier duties, and participating in patient assistance programs and quality improvement initiatives. You will interact with patients, staff, and third parties professionally.

Competenze

• Must hold Pharmacy Technician Certification.
• Clerical and technical tasks in pharmacy operations.

Mansioni

• Performs clerical and technical functions for the pharmacist.
• Types labels or makes entries into the computer system, including prescription information.
• Perform cashier function including end of day processing and bank deposits.
• Participate in patient drug assistance program processing.
• Participate in internal quality improvement programs.
• Interact with patients and staff in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Communicate with insurance companies, drug program representatives and any third parties that’s deemed necessary.
