• Ability to operate equipment such as computers, scan guns, tablet counters, and cash registers.
• Ability to remain functional in situations of stress.
• Ability to remain flexible with scheduling for all operational hours.
• Holds current State of Florida license to practice as a Registered Pharmacy Technician.

Mansioni

• Assists the pharmacist under direct supervision in the practice of pharmacy and performs other Pharmacy Department duties per FHCP policies.
• Uses pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information, ensuring accuracy and helping maintain workflow.
• Reports prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and adheres to CQI policies.
• Registers all related sales on the assigned cash register and handles cash.
• Answers non-urgent calls to physicians and supports inventory management (ordering, unpacking, checking, storing).
• Maintains clean, stocked, and organized Pharmacy Department.
• Delivers a positive customer experience and assists patients with questions.
• Completes continuing education credits as mandated by the Florida Board of Pharmacy.
