Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients/ customers in person and by phone.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers; listen and adapt style.
• Represent MercyOne Pharmacies in courteous, friendly, and caring manner.
• Adapt to changing schedules and needs; prioritize workload.
• Operate cash register handling cash, credit, and in-store payments.
• Assist with all aspects of inventory control: ordering, receiving, stocking, and counts.
• Assist with invoice reconciliation and coding for finance.
