Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• PTCB certification or National Healthcareer Association (NHA) registration OR Iowa Board of Pharmacy registration as Pharmacist-intern per board rules.

Responsabilités

• Greets and assists patients/customers in person and on the phone in a professional and confidential manner
• Communicates effectively with colleagues and customers, listening and adapting style as needed
• Represents Trinity Health MercyOne Pharmacies in a courteous, friendly, and caring manner
• Operates with flexibility, adjusting to changing schedules and customer needs, prioritizing workload
• Operates cash register including cash, credit card, and in-store charges
• Assists with inventory control: ordering, receiving, stocking, returning, and counting inventories including expired drugs
• Assists with invoice reconciliation and coding for finance
