Responsabilités

• Greets and assists patients/customers in person and on the phone.
• Communicates effectively with colleagues and customers; listens and adapts style.
• Represents MercyOne Pharmacies in a courteous, friendly manner.
• Operates cash register and handles payments.
• Assists with inventory control, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and annual counts.
• Assists with invoice reconciliation and coding for finance.
