Job summary

Walmart is hiring to support Member services and pharmacy operations at the Houma location. The role involves assisting Members with purchases, processing payments, handling returns and exchanges, and promoting Walmart products and services.

You will help process prescriptions and OTC orders, stock Pharmacy supplies, and maintain documentation and compliance with company policies. The position offers competitive hourly pay, access to benefits and bonus opportunities, and opportunities for growth

Responsibilities

• Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting Walmart products and services.
• Process member purchases and assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges using appropriate procedures for different membership and payment types.
• Assist in Pharmacy by processing prescription and OTC orders and purchases, stocking and securing Pharmacy supplies, and completing required paperwork.
• Receive and stock merchandise in the Pharmacy area and organize the Pharmacy area by following procedures, using equipment appropriately, and maintaining paperwork logs.
