Responsibilities

• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting products and services.
• Operates cash registers or related equipment, processes member purchases, and assists in payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Provides Pharmacy products and services by assisting with processing prescription and OTC orders, stocking and securing supplies, and maintaining paperwork and documentation.
• Receives and stocks merchandise in the Pharmacy area and maintains the Pharmacy area according to procedures, logs, and documentation.
• Completes work assignments by prioritizing tasks, communicating progress, meeting deadlines, and adapting to feedback and change.
