Job summary

Walmart Saint Louis, MO is hiring for a Customer Service and Pharmacy Support role. You will assist Members with purchasing decisions, process pharmacy orders, stock and organize the Pharmacy area, and ensure accurate paperwork and compliance with policies.

You will deliver Member service, resolve issues, and promote Walmart products and services while adhering to the Open Door Policy and Walmart values. Benefits include health, retirement, PTO, and education programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and promoting products and services.
• Process member purchases, assist in payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges following relevant procedures.
• Assist with processing prescription and OTC orders, stocking and securing Pharmacy supplies and merchandise, and maintaining paperwork.
• Stock and organize the Pharmacy area, complete logs, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners to prioritize work, communicate progress, and address opportunities for improvement.
• Adhere to Open Door Policy and Walmart values; act with integrity, respect others, and deliver customer-focused service.
• Deliver results for customers and members, balance short- and long-term priorities, and adapt to change.
