Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns.
• Processes member purchases and assists in payments, returns, refunds and exchanges.
• Provides Pharmacy products and services by assisting with processing prescription and OTC orders and purchases, stocking and securing supplies, and maintaining paperwork.
• Receives and stocks merchandise in the Pharmacy area, organizing the Pharmacy area and completing paperwork logs and documentation.
• Complies with company policies, ethics and Open Door policy; supports Walmart values, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
