Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician in hospital or healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of USP guidelines for compounding.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards in pharmacy operations.
• Strong record-keeping accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Assist pharmacists with preparation, compounding, labeling, and dispensing.
• Prepare sterile and non-sterile medications per USP guidelines.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and regular audits to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Maintain accurate dispensing and inventory records in compliance with standards.
• Support pharmacists in medication reviews and history reconciliation.
• Provide patient and staff with information about pharmacy services.
• Operate and maintain automated dispensing systems and related equipment.
• Follow safety, infection control, and hospital policies at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned and maintain reliable attendance.
