Wilmington Health is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Tech for the HotLine at 3147 in Wilmington, NC. This full-time in-office role supports medication refill processing, prior authorizations, and patient education to improve access and outcomes.

The candidate will handle ERX tasks, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with applicable laws while delivering excellent customer service to patients and clinical staff.

Formación

• Experience working in the pharmacy setting.
• Knowledge of prescription processing and prior authorizations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Process refill requests within 48 business hours.
• Educate patients on prescription options.
• Assist with Prior Authorizations and educating staff.
• Manage ERX tasks from inbox and ensure completion.
• Handle prescription requests via portal/phone/voicemail/FAX with high service levels.
• Reconcile unmatched refills within 48 hours.
• Ensure compliance with local and federal laws on controlled substances.
