Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare, dispense, and compound medications including sterile IV infusions and aseptic preparations following strict sterile technique protocols.
• Manage pharmaceutical calculations to ensure correct dosages and medication administration.
• Utilize pharmacy software systems for data entry, prescription processing, and inventory management to streamline workflow.
• Maintain patient confidentiality while handling sensitive medical information in compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations.
• Assist with medication intake, inventory control, and drug regulation adherence to ensure pharmacy operations meet all legal standards.
• Support patient service initiatives by providing clear medication instructions and addressing patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Ensure pharmaceutical regulatory compliance during all pharmacy activities, including drug regulation adherence and documentation of compounding procedures.

• Familiarity with pharmacy software systems used for prescription processing and inventory management is required.
• Proven ability to maintain patient confidentiality while adhering to state healthcare regulations and pharmacy laws.
• Critical care or acute care experience enhances your suitability for this role by demonstrating your ability to handle complex medication regimens efficiently.
