Life Time, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer to support members in achieving healthier lifestyles.

You will build relationships, deliver educational guidance, and maintain the Life Time Brand integrity through exceptional service. Responsibilities include designing comprehensive client programs, conducting fitness consultations, and promoting training services while staying current with certifications and industry trends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of personal training experience is preferred.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Ability to perform aerobic activity for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Instruct clients on safe and effective use of cardio, flexibility and strength equipment.
• Conduct fitness consultations including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Provide fitness floor assistance and motivate members.
• Promote and sell personal training programs and services.
• Complete administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Maintain current credentials and industry trends.
