Qualifications

• CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications required within 30 days of hire.
• Physically capable of assisting clients and lifting weights as needed.
• Nationally Recognized Personal Trainer Certification required; ACE/NASM/ACSM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead energizing, safe group classes as directed to support YMCA mission.
• Answer member questions to help achieve healthy living goals.
• Build authentic relationships with members and connect them with the YMCA.
• Follow YMCA policies; respond to emergency situations.
• Attend family nights, program activities, staff meetings, and trainings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
