Certified Personal Trainer / Stretching Professional

Join us at StretchLab Franchise as a Certified Personal Trainer / Stretching Professional.

Position Overview

Our Flexologists will provide one-on-one assisted stretches and lead group stretching classes, helping clients improve mobility and flexibility.

Responsibilities

1. Deliver assisted stretch sessions (25 or 50 minutes)
2. Motivate and encourage clients
3. Manage client care, update notes, and book appointments
4. Build and retain membership
5. Ensure safety and enforce policies
6. Attend meetings and educational sessions
7. Handle member concerns
8. Assist with studio tours and sales
9. Maintain social media presence
10. Keep equipment clean and functional

Requirements

• Background in Personal Training, Physical Therapy, Athletic Therapy, Kinesiology, Massage Therapy, Pilates, Yoga, Dance, Barre, or related field
• Fitness or related certification/degree
• Passion for boutique fitness, stretching, mobility, and flexibility
• Experience in hands-on training (preferred)
• Positive, welcoming attitude
• Excellent communication and empathy
• Reliable work ethic and attendance
• Availability for 3-day Flexologist Training (online and in-person)
