Certified Kinesiologist / Stretching Professional

Position Overview

StretchLab is seeking personal trainers, massage therapists, dance/yoga/pilates/barre instructors, physical therapists, athletic therapists, kinesiologists, and related professionals to join our team in Peachtree Corners. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in a rapidly growing fitness modality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions (25 or 50 minutes)
• Motivate and encourage clients during sessions
• Manage client care by providing excellent stretching experiences, updating notes, and scheduling recurring appointments
• Build and retain membership and clientele
• Ensure client safety by applying proper stretch techniques and enforcing policies
• Participate in staff meetings and educational sessions
• Handle member concerns professionally
• Assist with studio tours and sales when needed
• Maintain a strong social media presence
• Keep all equipment clean and functional

Minimum Requirements

• Background in Personal Training, Physical Therapy, Athletic Therapy, Kinesiology, Massage Therapy, Pilates, Yoga, Dance, Barre, or related fields
• Relevant fitness or health certification/degree
• Passion for boutique fitness, stretching, mobility, and flexibility
• Experience providing hands-on training in a fitness/health setting (preferred)
• Ability to create a welcoming environment
• Excellent communication and empathetic skills
• Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies
• Willingness to complete our 3-day Flexologist Training Program (including online tutorials and in-person training)
