StretchLab is seeking personal trainers, massage therapists, dance/yoga/pilates/barre instructors, physical therapists, athletic therapists, kinesiologists, and other related fields to join our team in Peachtree Corners. This is an amazing opportunity to gain experience in a new modality that is taking the fitness industry by storm.

Position:

Our Flexologists will provide one-on-one assisted stretches as well as lead guided group stretching classes for our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions (25 or 50 minutes)
2. Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
3. Manage client care by delivering best-in-class stretching experiences, updating notes consistently, and booking recurring appointments
4. Build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele
5. Ensure the safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules
6. Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
7. Handle member concerns when applicable
8. Assist Sales Associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed
9. Maintain strong social media presence
10. Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure it is available for client use at any given time

Requirements:

1. Preferred Background: Personal Trainer / Physical Therapist / Athletic Therapist / Kinesiologist / Massage Therapist / Pilates, Yoga, Dance, Barre Instructor or related field
2. Fitness or related certification/degree required
3. Love of boutique fitness environment is a must – passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility
4. Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provide hands-on training with a client (preferred)
5. Ability to create a positive and welcoming environment for all people
6. Fantastic communication skills exuding empathy
7. Passion to connect with people and help them achieve their mobility goals
8. Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable, and adhere to our attendance policies
9. Available to go through our 3-day Flexologist Training Program (including 20 hours of online tutorials and 3 days of in-person/hands-on training)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $14 - $22 / hr
