Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• CPR/AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in reaching health and fitness goals with personalized programs.
• Inspire and motivate clients through goal setting and regular follow-ups.
• Conduct engaging personal training sessions and small group classes.
• Perform fitness assessments and track progress for prospective clients.
• Meet or exceed session goals and sales KPIs.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues positively.
