Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• NCCA Personal Trainer Certification or Exercise-Science related degree.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Effective English communication; multiple languages favored.
• Passionate about fitness and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Proficient multitasking and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Responsabilidades

• Support clients with personalized fitness programs and goals.
• Inspire and motivate clients through goal setting and follow-ups.
• Conduct engaging personal training sessions and small group classes.
• Perform three fitness assessments per week with prospective clients.
• Maintain sales and KPIs, aiming for strong session completions.
• Create a positive environment for members and guests.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively.
• Demonstrate basic computer literacy for relevant software.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
