Job summary

YouFit Gyms is seeking a Certified YC Trainer to help clients reach fitness goals. Part-time to start with potential to grow into full-time based on client load.

You will deliver personalized programs, run small group classes, and perform regular fitness assessments while maintaining excellent customer service. Ideal candidates hold NCCA certification or related degree, CPR/AED certification, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• NCCA Personal Trainer Certification or related degree is required.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Effective English communication skills; multilingual ability is a plus.
• Passionate about fitness and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Proficient multitasker with strong work ethic and desire for ongoing development.

Responsibilities

• Client Support: design personalized fitness programs to help clients reach their goals.
• Motivation: inspire clients through goal setting and frequent follow-ups.
• Training Sessions: conduct personal training and small group classes.
• Fitness Assessments: perform weekly assessments for prospective clients.
• Sales & KPIs: contribute to sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Session Goals: aim for high client engagement and 80+ sessions per month.
• Create a positive gym environment for members and staff.
