Job summary

You will monitor clients, ensure safety, and deliver exceptional member service while maintaining Life Time standards. The role requires at least 1 year of PT experience, with CPR/AED and a PT certification; a high school diploma is required; a bachelor's in kinesiology preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Certified personal Trainer.
• CPR and AED Certified.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs that drive goal achievement and retention.
• Instructs clients during sessions on safe use of cardio, flexibility and strength equipment.
• Conducts fitness consultations including pre-participation screening, lifestyle questionnaire, and goal setting.
• Provides fitness floor assistance to ensure safety and motivate members.
