Healthtrax is seeking a Certified Personal Trainer to deliver Personal Training Sessions, small group sessions, and nutrition counseling. You will engage members, ensure safety, and tailor workouts to diverse abilities in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain professional fitness certifications and CPR/AED.
• Bachelor’s degree in exercise field preferred.
• 1 year experience teaching groups or personal training in fitness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Personal Training Sessions and Small Group Sessions to clients.
• Provide Nutrition Counseling and boost member participation in services.
• Ensure safety and monitor exertion levels during sessions.
• Modify workouts to fit various skill levels and abilities.
• Keep equipment clean and properly stored; sanitize after use.
• Complete required educational modules and pursue ongoing learning.
• Attend fitness department staff meetings and collaborate with the team.
• Provide timely feedback and questions to Management.
