Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Fit Fusion, LLC in Colorado Springs seeks a driven Personal Trainer to engage and educate members on comprehensive fitness programs, develop personalized workout plans, and deliver expert sessions that drive client satisfaction.

You will motivate clients, hold Crunch-approved certifications and CPR/AED, and leverage available tools to support member goals. The role features a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement within a thriving club environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to motivate clients and provide high level support.
• Experience as a personal trainer is preferred.
• Certification as a national personal trainer (Crunch approved) and CPR/AED are required or obtainable within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CrunchOne Kickoff with members, including goal setting and coaching.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive fitness programs and track progress.
• Inform members about available fitness tools and programs.
• Demonstrate safe exercise techniques to clients and members.
• Assist in seminars, group workouts and client campaigns.
• Schedule sessions using company systems and manage administrative time.
