Qualifications

• Ability to perform aerobics and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client programs to achieve goals and retention.
• Instructs clients on safe use of cardio, flexibility and strength equipment.
• Conducts fitness consultations and goal setting for new clients.
• Provides fitness floor assistance and customer education.
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services.
• Completes administrative tasks for client plans.
