Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Certified personal Trainer and CPR/AED certifications.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition, and program design.
• Ability to perform aerobic activity for class duration and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, comprehensive client programs to achieve goals and retention.
• Instruct clients during sessions on safe use of equipment.
• Conduct fitness consultations with new clients and assess goals.
• Provide fitness floor assistance and educate members on safety and programming.
• Promote and sell personal training services and complete administrative tasks.
• Stay current on certifications and industry trends.
