Job summary

EverCare Mobile Health is seeking a certified Peer Support Specialist (CPSS) to provide recovery-oriented, non-clinical support in community-based settings across Payette and Weiser, Idaho. You will build authentic relationships, use lived experience to foster hope, and help clients identify strengths, goals, and supports.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and collaboration with EverCare staff, with travel between assigned locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Current Idaho CPSS certification, or ability to obtain before independently providing services.
• Lived experience with mental illness and recovery.
• Ability to pass Idaho background checks and facility clearances.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and complete electronic documentation.
