LifeStream is seeking a Certified Peer Specialist II to provide peer support services at a Hope and Recovery center in Leesburg, FL. This full-time role focuses on leveraging lived experience to assist clients in their recovery journeys and promote wellness.

You will deliver individual and group sessions, collaborate with clinical staff on recovery plans, and help clients access community resources while maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certification as a Peer Specialist.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in behavioral health.
• Experience in peer support and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver peer support services and share recovery experiences.
• Lead group sessions and individual meetings to assist recovery goals.
• Collaborate with clinical staff on individualized recovery plans.
• Assist clients in accessing community resources.
• Document client interactions accurately and timely.
• Engage in training to enhance skills.
